One of my hobbies as a little girl was taking care of insects and small animals at home. Watching their life cycles influenced me to think about time, characteristics of a human, differences between the living and the dead. As a conceptual multimedia artist, I address these themes through my work.

I make art, because it always makes me rediscover a sense of the real. Although I show others’ deaths, they are more about life rather than death in my work. By dealing with this “unexperienced experience”, I acknowledge again the fact that I’m an alive human. Also, being a performer in most of my pieces helps me to feel the moment of my living, the heat.
